I wrung in the new year with a snotty child pressed into my side - you know the type, "I'm not tired" repeated every few minutes and who falls asleep the moment the fireworks finish. - and another dancing like a wacky waving inflatable tube man. My own flu battling my PoTs (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and my aunt perched beside us, resting from the multitude of board games we had played over the last few days. It got me thinking about resolutions (how long this will last is up in the air).
